Welcome to "Wasn" online store (wasn.shop). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to Wasn Store. The use of the website, application, or completing a purchase constitutes explicit agreement to these terms and conditions.
First: Nature of Products
Wasn store specializes in selling women's underwear, sleepwear, lingerie, accessories, and products designated for marital life.
Second: Privacy and Discreet Shipping
In order to ensure the privacy of our customers and to maintain confidentiality and public decency:
* All orders are shipped in neutral and discreet external packaging.
* The nature or content of the products is not displayed on the outer packaging.
* The store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and will not disclose it except to the extent necessary to complete the shipping and delivery process or in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Third: Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the products sold in the store:
* The customer has no right to return or exchange any product after receiving it.
* Underwear, lingerie, sleepwear, personal products, or any product whose packaging has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
* The only exceptions are the following cases:
* Receipt of a product different from the one ordered.
* A shortage in the order.
* Receipt of a damaged product due to an error from the store.
Customer service must be notified within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of receipt, attaching clear photos of the case. The store reserves the right to verify the claim before approving it.
Fourth: Order Cancellation Policy
* The customer has the right to request order cancellation before shipping procedures begin.
* Upon approving a cancellation request before shipping, the store has the right to deduct an amount not exceeding 20% of the order value to cover administrative, operational fees, non-refundable commissions, payment gateway fees, and installment services.
* The remaining amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
* An order cannot be canceled after shipping procedures have begun, after the order has been handed over to the transport company, or after the shipping label has been issued.
Fifth: Shipping and Delivery
* Orders are shipped according to the timeframes specified on the website or application.
* The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of shipping data, address, and mobile number.
* The store is not responsible for any delays resulting from shipping companies, circumstances beyond control, or incorrect data provided by the customer.
Sixth: Prices and Offers
* All displayed prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise.
* The store reserves the right to modify or suspend prices and offers at any time without prior notice.
* Customers have no right to claim price differences for completed orders or products purchased before or after promotional periods.
Seventh: The Store's Right to Cancel an Order
The store reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the amount to the customer in cases it deems appropriate, including suspected pricing errors, product unavailability, incomplete data, or any other operational or regulatory reasons, without incurring any additional obligations or compensations.
Eighth: General Provisions
* These terms and conditions, as well as all buying and selling transactions, are subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* The store has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the website is considered an approval of any updates or amendments made to them.
* The competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be the reference for settling any dispute related to the use of the website or purchase transactions.
