Return and Refund Policy - Wasn Store
At "Wasn" store, your satisfaction is our primary goal. Because we specialize in women's apparel, underwear, and sleepwear, and in order to ensure public health and safety in accordance with the regulations followed in the Gulf countries, our return and refund policy is subject to the following conditions:
1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products:
For preventative health reasons, we sincerely apologize that we cannot return or exchange the following pieces under any circumstances, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in delivery:
- Underwear (Panties).
- Lingerie sets.
- Corsets and shapewear.
- Swimwear (unless it is completely in its original condition and with the hygienic sticker intact).
2. Returnable and Exchangeable Products (such as sleepwear, pajamas, and thermal wear):
These items can be exchanged or returned within (7) days from the date of receiving the order under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with the price tags still attached.
- The customer must attach the purchase invoice or the order number.
3. Return and Exchange Process and Fees:
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in sending the product: "Wasn" store will bear all shipping and return costs.
- In the event that the customer wishes to return or exchange an item without any defect (for products permitted for return): The customer will bear the return shipping costs (and the initial delivery fees are non-refundable).
4. Refunds:
- After receiving, inspecting, and verifying the condition of the returned item, we will send you a notification via email or WhatsApp.
- The amount will be refunded to the same payment card used within (7 to 14) business days, depending on the policy of the card-issuing bank.
- In case of cash on delivery or bank transfer, a bank transfer to the customer's account will be arranged.
