How long does delivery take within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?
Delivery within major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) takes 2 to 4 business days, and to the remaining cities of the Kingdom, it takes 3 to 7 business days.
What is the return and exchange policy for sensitive clothing and lingerie?
For your public safety and in compliance with global health regulations, returns or exchanges are not permitted for sensitive underwear and panties unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the sent product.
Can I exchange sleepwear (pajamas) and swimwear?
Yes, sleepwear and swimwear can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are in their original packaging, unused, carry all tags, and the hygienic protective strip for swimwear has not been removed.
How do I maintain the quality of silk sleepwear and delicate lingerie?
We always recommend hand washing with cold water and using a detergent specific for delicate fabrics, and avoiding the use of a heat dryer. Let the pieces dry naturally in the shade to maintain the sheen of the silk and the softness of the lace.
