Welcome to the WASN online store (wasn.shop). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to WASN store. Using the website, the application, or completing a purchase constitutes explicit agreement to these terms and conditions.
First: Nature of Products
WASN store specializes in selling women's underwear, sleepwear, lingerie, accessories, and products dedicated to marital life.
Second: Privacy and Shipping Confidentiality
To ensure customer privacy and maintain confidentiality and public decency:
* All orders are shipped in neutral, discreet outer packaging.
* The nature or content of the products is not specified on the outer packaging.
* The store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and will not disclose it except to the extent necessary to complete the shipping and delivery process or in accordance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Third: Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the products sold in the store:
* The customer has no right to return or exchange any product after receiving it.
* Underwear, lingerie, sleepwear, personal products, or any product whose packaging has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Only the following cases are exempted:
* Receiving a product different from the requested product.
* An incomplete order.
* Receiving a damaged product due to an error by the store.
Customer service must be notified within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of receipt, accompanied by clear photos of the issue. The store reserves the right to verify the claim before approving it.
Fourth: Order Cancellation Policy
* The customer has the right to request order cancellation before shipping procedures begin.
* Upon approving a cancellation request prior to shipping, the store reserves the right to deduct an amount not exceeding 20% of the order value for administrative and operational fees, non-refundable commissions, payment gateway fees, and installment services.
* The remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for purchase.
* Orders cannot be canceled after shipping procedures have commenced, after the order is handed over to the shipping company, or after the waybill is issued.
Fifth: Shipping and Delivery
* Orders are shipped according to the timeframes indicated on the website or application.
* The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of shipping data, address, and mobile number.
* The store is not responsible for any delays resulting from shipping companies, circumstances beyond control, or incorrect data provided by the customer.
Sixth: Prices and Offers
* All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
* The store reserves the right to modify or discontinue prices and offers at any time without prior notice.
* Price differences cannot be claimed for completed orders or products purchased before or after promotional offer periods.
Seventh: The Store's Right to Cancel Orders
The store reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the amount to the customer in cases it deems appropriate, including suspected price errors, product unavailability, incomplete data, or any other operational or regulatory reasons, without incurring any additional liabilities or compensation.
Eighth: General Provisions
* These terms and conditions, as well as all buying and selling transactions, are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* The store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the website is considered acceptance of any updates or amendments.
* The competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be the reference for resolving any dispute related to the use of the site or purchase transactions.
